Are there any shipping fees?
Glad you asked! Free two-way shipping is included with all US subscription orders. All other purchases offer a variety of shipping options available at checkout.
Where are your products made?
Get Wagging products are proudly assembled in Austin, Texas, USA. Our materials are domestically and globally sourced.
Why are your products not recommended to be used with tie outs?
Tie outs offer a different function than that of a leash. Get Wagging products are designed to be safely enjoyed during everyday activity, including leash walks, runs, and other daily dog adventures!
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! You can designate any purchase as a gift during the checkout process.

Not right now, but we are always testing and exploring new products to introduce. Follow us on social media or join our newsletter to know what we're up to next!
When will I be billed for my subscription?
Subscriptions renew on the 8th of each month, or following the last delivery of your prepaid plan. You can always cancel an upcoming renewal or make changes to your subscription at any time.
When will I receive my box?
New monthly subscription orders received between the 24th of the previous month, and the 24th of the current month, are typically shipped on the 26th of the current month, and your first shipment will include the design from next month's collection. If on a quarterly plan, seasonal shipments will typically go out on the 26th of February (spring), May (summer), August (fall) & November (winter).
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Sign in to your Get Wagging account to make changes to your shipping details, subscription plan, style or frequency, and payment information.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase at info@getwagging.com and let us help replace or refund your original purchase.
